What to check before enrolment
NORKA Care Plus provides insurance options for eligible NORKA ID holders and families. Current membership rules, eligible family members, premium, cover period, benefits and exclusions must be checked in the official plan documents.
- Valid NORKA ID and registered mobile / login access
- Family-member identity, age and relationship records
- Current enrolment notice and policy period
- Plan terms, covered hospitals and claim / support contacts
Existing policyholders
പുതിയ enrolment window അവസാനിച്ചതുകൊണ്ട് നിലവിലുള്ള policy ഉടൻ അവസാനിച്ചുവെന്ന് അർത്ഥമില്ല. നിങ്ങളുടെ e-card / policy certificate-ലെ validity dates പരിശോധിക്കുക. Claim approval, cashless treatment and benefits are determined by the insurer and policy terms.
